AI Intern – Human Resources | LifeStyles Healthcare
The Tone:
This is an internship at LifeStyles Healthcare, located in New York City with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days in the office. LifeStyles Healthcare is a global leader in the sexual wellness sector, manufacturing and commercializing condoms, lubricants, and related products in over 60 countries with facilities in Thailand, India, and Spain, employing over 1,600 teammates globally. This role is crucial as LifeStyles builds an AI Lab to transform operations, with HR leading this shift, offering real exposure to people analytics, HR operations, compliance, and M&A-readiness using AI tools.

• Mission: To embed AI into how LifeStyles’ global HR function operates while supporting a strategic exit and navigating M&A-readiness.
• Tech Stack: Excel, Power BI (exposure to), HRIS systems (exposure to), Microsoft Copilot, Claude, D365
What You’ll Actually Do
• HR Data & Analytics: Analyze global HR datasets to identify workforce trends, risks, and insights for leadership.
• Data Quality: Clean, organize, and standardize employee data across HR systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• AI & Process Improvement: Map existing HR workflows and prototype AI-assisted solutions for automation and simplification across the team.
• Compliance Support: Help track country-specific employment requirements and support compliance documentation and audit preparations.
• Exit Readiness: Assist in preparing HR diligence materials and support project tracking for acquisition preparation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Science, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, with a genuine interest in people and organizations.
• Experience: Prior internship experience in HR or AI is a requirement.
• Skills: Comfortable working with data, proficiency in Excel, clear communication, discreetness with sensitive employee information, organized, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Bonus: Exposure to Power BI or HRIS systems, and hands-on experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or D365.
