Graphic Design & Social Media Intern | Grind Sports Group

This is a remote internship at Grind Sports Group. Grind Sports Group functions as a specialized sports marketing agency. Its core mission involves supporting college and professional athletes in developing their personal brand and maximizing their financial opportunities within the current NIL landscape. The agency achieves this by meticulously connecting athletes with suitable brands that align with their identity, interests, and audience, while managing all aspects from initial outreach and contract negotiations through to full execution. This Graphic Design & Social Media Intern role is crucial for enabling the agency to produce compelling visual content and maintain an robust, strategic presence across various social media platforms, directly contributing to athlete brand growth and company partnerships.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design and produce a range of impactful graphics for key announcements such as athlete signings, new brand partnerships, and various company events, ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment.
• Content Creation: Create and schedule engaging posts across all primary social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X, optimizing content for each channel’s audience and format requirements.
• Brand Development: Actively contribute to shaping and evolving the overall brand look and voice of Grind Sports Group, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable identity across all public-facing materials.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and track social media trends and performance metrics, providing insights to inform future content strategy and platform engagement.
• Client Support: Provide essential content support for both the athletes represented by Grind Sports Group and the various brand partners, assisting with their specific marketing needs.
