Berluti Internship – Retail Excellence Assistant | Berluti
The Tone:
This is an internship at Berluti, located in New York. Berluti, a distinguished men’s Maison within the LVMH Group, was founded in Paris in 1895 and is renowned for its expertise in footwear, leather goods, and ready-to-wear, upholding a deep passion for leather and artisanal know-how. The company is present in over 25 countries with 70 stores, offering an innovative lifestyle rooted in its heritage. This role is crucial for supporting and coordinating North American retail teams, aiming to maximize business performance through efficient operations, enhanced client experience, and strategic execution.
The TL;DR

• Pay: $20–$25 hourly
• Team: Reports directly to the Senior Manager of Retail Excellence
• Mission: To support and coordinate retail teams across the US, enhancing business performance through efficient operations, client experience, and strategic execution using effective tools.
• Tech Stack: Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI
What You’ll Actually Do
• Retail Performance: Develop, execute, and coordinate weekly performance reports for all stores, defining and monitoring KPIs to track retail performance and support client experience.
• Retail Operations: Provide daily support to retail teams on all operational matters and coordinate regional store projects, including openings, relocations, and closures.
• Training: Develop and implement tools to monitor the rollout and adoption of training programs, tracking their effectiveness and contribution to sales performance and operations.
• Project Management: Support strategic projects across the region, including omnichannel, e-commerce optimization, and client services, acting as a primary liaison for IT-related issues.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student (Undergraduate or MBA/Masters) with an entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Experience: Internship duration from May 2026 to December 2026 (renewable).
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, analytical and strategic thinking abilities, excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, proactive and agile. Fluent in English and advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Bonus: Proficiency in French, knowledge of PowerBI, and hands-on retail management experience.
