What You’ll Actually Do
• Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and develop accurate job descriptions for retail positions.
• Sourcing & Assessment: Source, interview, and assess potential candidates to determine their qualifications and suitability for open roles across multiple retail locations.
• Strategy & Pipeline: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage diverse active and passive candidates, building strong pipelines for entry-level and management retail positions.
• Data Analysis: Utilize recruitment data to track metrics such as open positions, time to fill, effective sourcing channels, and cost to hire, informing hiring targets.
• Lifecycle Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including issuing offer letters, initiating background checks, and finalizing new hire documents within the HR platform.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• Experience: 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with a proven track record as a recruiter, preferably within the retail or health and wellness market.
• Skills: Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software, knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment, fluent language skills for GNC communications and customers, and excellent customer service skills.
• Bonus: Ability to travel, strong ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, and a self-motivated approach with critical attention to detail.
