Online Sales Concierge | D.R. Horton
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at D.R. Horton, Inc., the largest homebuilder in the U.S. and a publicly traded company. The company builds high-quality homes primarily for entry-level and first-time move-up markets, also providing mortgage financing and title services. This position is critical for converting online interest into tangible sales opportunities by guiding potential homebuyers through the initial stages of their purchasing journey.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Management: Manage all incoming internet leads originating from the company website and outsourced companies.
• Customer Engagement: Ensure a positive experience for all potential customers interacting online, via live chat, or by phone.
• Appointment Setting: Convert qualified leads into scheduled office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives.
• Data Administration: Enter and update customer information accurately within a customer management database.
• Reporting & Analysis: Produce monthly sales and marketing reports, including analysis of divisional website traffic and cost efficiency.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); with one to three years of related experience and/or training in a customer-facing or sales support role.
• Experience: One to three years of experience in lead management, customer service, or a similar capacity that involves converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Skills: Superb interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and follow-through abilities; proficiency with MS Office and email; ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
