What You’ll Actually Do
• Executive Communications: Support the Office of the CMO team in drafting, editing, and refining various executive communications, including emails, updates, briefing notes, and talking points.
• Presentation Development: Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of presentation decks for all team meetings, as well as other meetings as required by the team.
• Narrative Structuring: Contribute to broader storytelling efforts, specifically through the development of slides and the structuring of compelling narratives.
• Workflow Management: Track and diligently follow up on communication-related action items across identified key workstreams to ensure progress.
• Content Organization: Assist in the management and organization of communication artifacts, templates, and content libraries for efficient team access.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program, specifically in the 3rd or 4th year, with a primary background in communications, marketing, or business.
• Experience: Availability to work full-time for a duration of 12 months. Previous experience in a related role is preferred, demonstrating foundational exposure to relevant tasks.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities with an acute eye for clarity and detail in messaging. A strong visual design sensibility is required for creating clean and professional slide designs. The ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise messaging is essential. Candidates must be highly organized with strong time-management skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bonus: An active interest in marketing, communications, or business strategy. A proactive and curious mindset, willingness to learn in a rapidly evolving environment, and comfort working across diverse teams and engaging with senior stakeholders are also preferred.
