The Tone:
This is a full-time role at NewCo Capital Group, located in Miami, FL. NewCo Capital Group is a Bridge-Capital provider specializing in Receivables Based Financing (RBF) products, dedicated to fostering growth for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) by providing necessary capital. This entry-level Administrative Assistant position provides essential support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, ensuring the executive office runs smoothly and efficiently by assisting with daily administrative tasks and managing correspondence.

• Mission: To assist the Executive Assistant to the CEO in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling, correspondence, and general office operations, ensuring the executive office runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Tech Stack: Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office applications
What You’ll Actually Do
• Support the Executive Assistant: Provide dedicated administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO.
• Manage Correspondence: Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and follow-ups as directed by the Executive Assistant.
• Organize Records: Maintain organized filing systems and records for easy access and retrieval.
• Prepare Materials: Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials requested by the Executive Assistant.
• Coordinate Logistics: Assist with travel arrangements, event planning, and meeting logistics.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position; willingness to learn and take direction from the Executive Assistant to the CEO.
• Experience: Prior administrative experience is helpful but not required; strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Skills: Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) and Microsoft Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion; professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Experience supporting executives; familiarity with office management procedures.
