Associate Product Manager | Covr
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Covr, located remotely. Covr is a B2B SaaS platform for long-term care, built to automate scheduling, unify fragmented data, and surface critical decisions for caregivers. This role matters as you will own the operational backbone of how products ship, directly enabling the delivery of features that save caregivers time and improve patient outcomes. It offers a deliberate on-ramp into product management, allowing you to master fundamental product delivery skills.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Backlog Management: Share ownership in grooming and managing the product and maintenance backlogs, ensuring clarity and prioritization.
• Documentation: Write clear, well-formed specifications including user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements, alongside supporting documentation for features and releases.
• Delivery Coordination: Run the project management side of delivery, keeping work moving through the product development lifecycle, tracking items, resolving blockers, and aligning stakeholders.
• Feedback & Validation: Gather and organize customer feedback, product data, and inputs to support Product Managers’ decisions, and help test features before release.
• AI Utilization: Use AI tools to speed up research, drafting, documentation, and day-to-day execution, aiming to work faster and achieve more.
The Must-Haves
• Background: 1-2 years of experience in product, project coordination, business analysis, or an adjacent role. Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: A self-starter who takes initiative, stays organized, and runs with tasks independently, comfortable with ambiguity in a growth-stage environment.
• Skills: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal), with a genuine interest in customers and the problems they face.
• Bonus: Technical proficiency in reasoning about software, hands-on experience with AI tools, familiarity with ClickUp, Figma, Claude, PostHog, BigQuery, SQL, GitHub, or AWS, or exposure to healthcare/long-term care.
