This role offers behind-the-scenes access to the operations that ensure training, stadium events, and matchdays run smoothly at both the team’s training facility and SunCoast Credit Union Field. What You’ll Actually Do
• Facility Management: Oversee daily operations, administrative tasks, and upkeep, including field maintenance, preventative tasks, and small improvement projects, at the team training facility and stadium.
• Matchday Operations: Execute pre-game setup, manage in-game operations, and coordinate post-match breakdown and clean-up to ensure a smooth and professional fan and player experience.
• Project Coordination: Contribute to ongoing and long-term projects focused on enhancing team facilities and optimizing operational workflows.
• Event Collaboration: Engage in cross-departmental coordination for special events, community activations, and large matchdays.
• General Support: Adapt to a dynamic sports environment by taking on varied tasks as needed to support overall team operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a college/university program, preferably in Sports Management, Business, or Event Management.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in professional sports operations and a willingness to learn from experienced staff, coupled with the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, team-first mindset, professional positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
• Bonus: Flexibility to work matchdays, evenings, and weekends for special events, and comfort in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
