What You’ll Actually Do
• Daily Operations: Support daily operations and administrative tasks at both the team training facility and Riverfront Stadium.
• Facility Upkeep: Help oversee facility upkeep, including field maintenance, painting, preventative maintenance tasks, and small-scale improvement projects.
• Matchday Logistics: Play a critical role in matchday preparation and execution, assisting with pre-game setup, in-game operations, troubleshooting, and post-match breakdown.
• Project Support: Assist with ongoing and long-term projects to enhance team facilities and optimize operational workflows.
• Event Coordination: Participate in cross-department coordination for special events, community activations, or large matchdays.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in professional sports operations and a desire to learn from experienced staff.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset.
• Bonus: Enrollment in a Sports Management, Business, or Event Management program is preferred.
