HR & Admin Intern | CUPSHE
The Tone:
This is a paid hybrid internship at CUPSHE, located in Los Angeles, CA, with a start date of July 1, 2026. CUPSHE is a California-inspired beachwear brand dedicated to empowering women worldwide through quality, stylish, and affordable swimsuits and cover-ups. This role is crucial for supporting the Los Angeles team by assisting with essential HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and a positive employee experience.

• Mission: Supports full HR functions and administrative operations for the Los Angeles team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Recruitment Support: Assist with various stages of the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, communicating with candidates, and scheduling interviews to help build the team.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Support onboarding new hires by ensuring all documentation is completed and maintained, and assist with offboarding processes as needed.
• Employee Engagement & Development: Participate in organizing and supporting employee training programs, new hire orientations, and team-building events to foster a cohesive work environment.
• HR Document Management & Operations: Assist in drafting, organizing, and translating HR-related documents such as policy handbooks and company guidelines, and manage day-to-day HR operations like attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
• Office Administration & Event Coordination: Oversee the procurement, management, and distribution of office supplies, and help organize company meetings and events, including team lunches, employee birthday celebrations, and holiday gifts.
• Financial & Data Support: Assist with expense report submissions, maintain organized document filing, prepare reports, and perform data entry tasks for the department.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate student, with a preference for majors in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to commit to a 24-hour workweek for the entire 6-month duration of the internship.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, strong communication skills, a collaborative teamwork spirit, a high sense of responsibility, detail-orientation, patience, and proven capability in time management and execution.
• Bonus: Prior internship experience within a related field, being bilingual in Chinese, and proficiency with Canva.
