What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Supports daily business operations and workflows.
• Reporting: Prepares reports and business summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Coordination: Coordinates projects and internal activities to ensure timely completion.
• Documentation: Maintains records and operational documentation accurately.
• Tracking: Tracks deadlines and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in administration, operations, customer support, or related roles.
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, basic computer skills, ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: Administrative or coordination experience, exposure to reporting and documentation, experience with spreadsheets, interest in business operations, and project support experience.
