What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Input: Accurately input, update, and maintain business and client data within internal systems.
• Data Validation: Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Verify source documentation and resolve data discrepancies promptly.
• Record Management: Organize and efficiently maintain digital records and documentation.
• Reporting: Generate basic reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role is preferred.
• Skills: Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy, excellent attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, ability to work independently.
• Bonus: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.), familiarity with business development, sales, or operations data.
