What You’ll Actually Do
• Recruiting: Manage recruiting tasks, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and job posting updates.
• Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding processes, preparing new hire paperwork and orientation materials.
• Data Management: Maintain precise employee data and perform data entry within HR systems.
• Reporting: Generate HR reports and presentations, covering metrics like turnover, absenteeism, and headcount.
• Engagement: Coordinate company events and support employee engagement programs and initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be a currently enrolled college or university student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Must commit to at least one academic semester of part-time employment.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; previous internship, co-op, leadership, or work experience is a plus.
