As a Junior Recruiter, you will be instrumental in ensuring the facility’s staffing needs are met across various departments. What You’ll Actually Do
• Recruiting Process: Manage a full life-cycle recruiting process to meet staffing needs across the brand, encompassing sourcing, screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews.
• Strategy Development: Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to determine appropriate recruiting strategies and set expectations, then manage consensus and debrief meetings to ensure positions are filled promptly.
• Candidate Pipeline Management: Maintain active candidate pipelines by attending engagement opportunities with local schools of all levels and continuing to raise brand and job opportunity awareness in the region.
• Employee Support: Support employee engagement activities, training and development initiatives, and other efforts as assigned to foster a positive workplace.
• Talent Assessment Guidance: Work closely with the Talent Manager to provide counsel to hiring managers through the comprehensive assessment and evaluation of talent.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
• Experience: Requires 1-2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including recruiting for a wide range of positions from entry to mid-level roles.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and TEAMs.
• Bonus: Preferred experience includes recruiting within Engineering, Manufacturing, Assembly, and/or Distribution environments, supporting recruiting efforts across multiple states or locations, and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems such as ADP RM.
