The Tone:
This is a three-month internship at Align AI Solutions, a company based in Bentonville, Arkansas, with support from the Apprenticely internship program. Apprenticely designs its programs to place selected candidates with employers across Arkansas in IT roles, providing valuable experience under professional guidance and serving as a direct on-ramp to an IT career, with potential for full-time conversion. Align AI Solutions specializes in helping businesses identify and resolve operational bottlenecks by developing AI and automation solutions. This approach aims to free teams to focus on high-impact work, offering systems built for specific business needs, owned by the client, and designed to deliver ongoing ROI. This Digital Marketer Intern role is essential for contributing to Align AI’s continued growth within the Northwest Arkansas business and AI ecosystem, specifically by supporting its content, social media presence, event promotion, and overall brand development.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Creation: Help with writing compelling content for various platforms.
• Social Media Management: Support social media efforts to engage with the target audience.
• Design Support: Utilize Canva or other basic design tools for brand materials.
• Event Promotion: Assist in promoting events and community engagement activities.
• Email Marketing: Provide support for email and newsletter campaigns.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current Arkansas state resident with high curiosity and interest in learning new technologies, aiming to grow or start an IT career, and demonstrating technical aptitude through projects, experience, or online learning, coupled with the ability to communicate what you know.
• Experience: Ability to commit to a 40-hour work week, typically Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., for the three-month internship, with the understanding that the position may convert to a full-time opportunity based on employer demand. Must also be eligible to work full-time in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
• Skills: Practical experience or strong interest in content writing, social media management, utilizing Canva or other basic design tools, coordinating event and community promotions, and providing support for email and newsletter initiatives.
• Bonus: A keen interest in startups, artificial intelligence, local business environments, and actively engaging with the latest AI technologies.
