What You’ll Actually Do
• Translation: Accurately translate critical healthcare information and test orders from request forms into the database.
• Review: Review received orders to ensure all required elements are present and effectively communicate any missing information.
• Quality: Ensure a high level of quality throughput in all data management activities.
• Compliance: Comply with all applicable CLIA and HIPAA regulations related to data handling.
• Support: Support the Customer Success team in both resolving existing and preempting potential customer issues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. High School diploma or equivalent, combined with experience in data entry.
• Experience: Data entry experience is required.
• Skills: Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Windows and Internet Browsers.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include 6 months to 1 year of experience in a medical setting and a higher net typing speed.
