The Tone:
This is a contract role at Experis, located in Phoenix, AZ, with a hybrid work schedule requiring 3 days onsite. This role is vital as you will be a key part of the Financial Intelligence Unit, directly supporting global financial crimes investigations. Your contributions will help protect the organization from financial illicit activities and ensure regulatory adherence.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Screen: Conduct Sanctions and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) screening utilizing enterprise screening tools.
• Research: Perform enhanced due diligence research on complex financial activities.
• Collaborate: Partner with various internal teams across the organization to ensure ongoing compliance with financial regulations.
• Investigate: Assist in the investigation of potentially suspicious financial activities, gathering relevant information.
• Report: Document all findings thoroughly and prepare comprehensive reports for review and subsequent actions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled college students in their third year of a Criminal Justice or Criminology degree program, or recent graduates with such a degree.
• Experience: Proven ability in investigation, analysis, and documentation, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
• Skills: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in computer and internet research, and effective communication with excellent writing skills.
