What You’ll Actually Do
• Fulfill: Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld technology and fixed devices.
• Verify: Ensure product and order accuracy through meticulous verification and quality control processes.
• Maintain: Keep staging areas organized, clutter-free, and handle in-store and online order returns and pickups.
• Comply: Adhere to government regulations, including age verification for restricted items like wine and beer.
• Support: Assist customers with inquiries, provide store information, and maintain knowledge of products and promotions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Sufficient English language proficiency to prepare and shop customer orders.
• Experience: No prior retail experience required. Must be 18+ years old.
• Skills: Strong customer service and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented with multi-tasking capabilities; clear communication and team collaboration skills; flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bonus: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
