What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Relationship Building: Develop strong, lasting relationships with customers by maintaining clear and confident communication channels.
• Sales Process Support: Support sales presentations, facilitate new customer onboarding processes, and assist with outreach efforts.
• Product Representation: Learn and understand client products and services thoroughly to represent them accurately during all interactions.
• Brand Development: Assist with promotional initiatives and contribute to strategies designed to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
• Performance & Team Contribution: Track individual progress, diligently follow up on sales leads, contribute to team goals, and participate in team meetings and skill-building workshops.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent who possess a genuine interest in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience: No specific prior experience required, as this is a trainee position focused on building hands-on skills in sales and client relations. Candidates should demonstrate an ability to learn quickly.
