What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintain public areas: Keep restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces spotless by performing daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, washing windows, and emptying trash.
• Assist guests: Greet guests warmly, deliver requested items to their rooms, and provide assistance with room cleaning as needed.
• Organize supplies: Stock and maintain supply rooms to ensure efficient housekeeping operations.
• Execute deep cleaning: Perform periodic tasks like flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors as part of special projects.
• Report maintenance needs: Identify and communicate any repair requirements or maintenance deficiencies to ensure the property remains well-kept.

• Experience: Experience performing daily cleaning tasks in a hospitality setting, including public areas, and assisting guests with needs.
• Skills: Ability to perform various cleaning tasks (dusting, vacuuming, mopping), organizational skills for supply management, and observation skills to identify and report maintenance issues.
