• Team: Works within the operations team, collaborating with sales representatives and shop technicians.
• Mission: Ensures new and demo office equipment is prepared, maintained, and delivered efficiently to support customer and sales team needs.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Equipment Setup: Uncrate, set up, and test new office equipment to ensure full functionality.
• Demo Management: Prepare and maintain demo equipment for sales representatives to showcase products.
• Inventory & Logistics: Manage inventory, schedule demo fleet, and coordinate equipment deliveries and setups at customer locations.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers regarding equipment status and issues during deliveries and setups.
• Returns Processing: Process trade-ins, lease returns, equipment swaps, and rental returns efficiently.

• Background: Early career individuals with an interest in technology and equipment service.
• Experience: No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of computers and computer networks, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

• Skills: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for handling equipment.
