Shift Runner | Domino’s

The Tone:

This Shift Runner position is foundational to the daily success of the 901 East Harmony location, directly impacting product quality, operational flow, and overall customer satisfaction through meticulous execution of core store functions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Equipment Operation: Operate and ensure the proper functioning of all specialized equipment required for food preparation, order fulfillment, and general store operations.
• Inventory and Stock Management: Precisely stock and rotate all ingredients, managing them from the point of delivery through storage areas, including designated work spaces and the walk-in cooler, to maintain freshness and availability.
• Product Preparation and Quality Assurance: Prepare all Domino’s products according to rigorous company standards, ensuring quality and consistency for every customer order.
• Order Fulfillment and Customer Interaction: Efficiently receive and accurately process incoming orders, whether they arrive over the telephone or through the internet ordering system, ensuring all details are correctly captured for both internal tracking and customer satisfaction.
• Administrative and Facility Upkeep: Conduct thorough inventory counts, complete all necessary daily paperwork, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization across all store equipment and throughout the entire facility.

• Background: Career level: Others. Requires an ability to quickly adapt to customer service-oriented tasks and learn operational procedures through hands-on practice and interactive computer training.
• Experience: Demonstrated capability to safely operate a personal vehicle, effectively navigate local roads and maps, and adeptly manage varying terrain and stairs encountered at delivery locations while carrying products.
• Skills: Essential skills include the ability to comprehend and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers and co-workers in person and over the phone. A strong aptitude for accurate basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) is required for precise monetary change transactions.
