Learning and Development Coordinator | Randstad USA

• Mission: This person solves the problem of organizing leadership development programs, informing learners, and ensuring smooth team operations.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Outlook, HealthStream (LMS), Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint
What You’ll Actually Do
• Learner Engagement: Correspond directly with course participants and monitor the shared team inbox to answer questions about courses and scheduling.
• Calendar Management: Handle the scheduling and calendaring for courses within Microsoft Outlook.
• LMS Administration: Manage course administration duties within HealthStream, including creating course listings and tracking attendance records.
• Content & Admin Support: Provide light administrative support, including building PowerPoint presentations and creating Word documents/outlines.
• Onsite Logistics: Occasionally come onsite to print session materials, set up meeting spaces, and meet with external vendors.

• Background: This is an entry-level role suitable for a current student or an L&D professional looking for practical corporate experience.
• Experience: None required, with comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
• Skills: Clear, professional written and verbal communication, including comfort being on camera for virtual meetings; comfort working with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint; a collaborative, service-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
