The Tone
This is a full-time, regular role at Bread Financial, a tech-forward financial services company that provides simple, personalized payment, lending and saving solutions to millions of U.S. consumers. The company’s payment solutions deliver growth for recognized brands in travel & entertainment, health & beauty, technology, electronics, jewelry, home, and specialty apparel through co-brand and private label credit cards and pay-over-time products. Additionally, Bread Financial offers general-purpose credit cards and saving products that empower customers for a better life. The Talent Partner is instrumental in creating strategy around and executing recruiting strategies, building strong business partnerships with internal clients, and leading the full life cycle recruitment process to attract the best active and passive candidates for Programs or entry-level to executive-level openings. This role is crucial in ensuring the company continues to grow with exceptional talent.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Regular
• Location: Hybrid/Remote (3 to 4 days per month in office required if within 60 miles of a posted Bread Financial location; up to 20% annual travel)
• Pay: $61,900–$140,200 yearly
• Team: Human Resources; reports to Supervisor and above
• Mission: Lead full life cycle recruitment, develop sourcing channels, and build relationships to attract top talent for the company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Candidate Sourcing and Assessment: Source, screen, and interview applicants with excellent candidate assessment skills, utilizing proven recruiting methods and processes to select and hire the best available candidate resources for all exempt and non-exempt roles. This includes developing multiple sourcing channels and candidate pipelines.
• Strategic Business Partnership: Foster collaborative relationships with hiring managers to effectively assess and fulfill job openings, offering guidance on both internal and external talent acquisition. Consult on candidate selection to streamline the hiring process and ensure an optimal match for various positions.
• Service Level Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed service level agreements, providing the highest possible level of service to the business. Understand the company’s business and how individual areas contribute to the overall success of the company.
• Talent Market Intelligence: Maintain ongoing knowledge of market conditions and competition. Review and analyze talent market data and trends, understand implications for search strategy, and recommend solutions for finding the right talent.
• Recruitment Program Coordination: Coordinate various recruitment projects by taking initiative to identify and lead projects that support the recruiting team in being a more strategic partner. Plan and coordinate recruiting events, and represent the company at job fairs, tradeshows, networking events, and community events.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: 2+ years in full cycle recruitment
• Skills: Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Corporate Recruiting, Negotiation, Recruiting Metrics, Workday Recruiting
• Bonus: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources; 5+ years Human Resources, Recruiting, or Supervisory experience
