What You’ll Actually Do
• Process Payroll: Support the core function of employee payroll processing, meticulously assisting with the calculation and disbursement of payments, and managing all associated payment records.
• Verify Timesheets: Conduct thorough reviews and precise verification of employee timesheets and attendance records to ensure accuracy, compliance with company policy, and correct compensation calculations.
• Maintain Records: Systematically maintain and update accurate payroll documentation, generate essential reports, and organize files for audit readiness and compliance requirements.
• Resolve Inquiries: Serve as a responsive point of contact for employees, assisting in resolving payroll-related inquiries and providing clear, helpful information regarding compensation and deductions.
• Ensure Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality for all sensitive employee personal data and payroll information handled within the role.
