What You’ll Actually Do
• Event Planning & Execution: Actively assist with the comprehensive planning, meticulous organization, and successful execution of various promotional events and outreach activities.
• Logistics & Coordination: Systematically coordinate all necessary event materials, manage schedules, and handle logistical arrangements in close collaboration with team members.
• Attendee Engagement: Proactively engage with event attendees, providing detailed information about products, services, and promotions, while also monitoring activities and resolving on-site needs.
• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain precise and accurate records of event participation and overall performance, support promotional campaigns, and assist with post-event reporting and documentation.
• Process Improvement: Contribute creative ideas to continuously improve event efficiency and enhance the overall attendee experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is a fundamental requirement, coupled with a keen interest in developing a career in event coordination and support within a digital solutions environment.
• Experience: No prior years of experience are strictly required, but candidates must demonstrate an ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and possess a strong eagerness to build practical experience in event logistics, planning, and collaborative team engagement.
• Skills: Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction, alongside excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse event responsibilities.
