Junior Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator | Robert Half

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Create visually compelling print and digital materials that align with established brand standards and support both internal and external communications.
• Asset Development: Develop assets such as social media graphics, advertisements, newsletters, presentation materials, and product-related collateral for marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.
• Marketing Support: Partner with marketing team members to support campaign planning, content development, and execution across social media, ecommerce, and broader marketing programs.
• Project Coordination: Help prepare creative briefs with marketing leadership, coordinate with cross-functional contributors, and manage assigned projects independently, balancing shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Asset Management: Organize, catalog, and maintain image libraries and archived creative assets for efficient future use.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline such as Marketing or Communications.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, communications, public relations, or a closely related field, including supporting marketing activities such as social media content, email campaigns, direct marketing efforts, and event-related materials.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly through visual and written content; strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment; a portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative work across digital and print formats.
