What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Support: Provide comprehensive assistance with hotel research, including exploring various options, comparing amenities, and securing bookings that align with client preferences and budget requirements.
• Client Communication: Engage with clients clearly and proactively, ensuring all inquiries are addressed thoroughly and information is conveyed effectively to facilitate a smooth booking process.
• Reservation Management: Meticulously confirm all reservation details, including dates, names, room types, and special requests, to prevent discrepancies and ensure accuracy for the client’s peace of mind.
• Industry Awareness: Stay continuously informed about the latest offerings, partnerships, and promotions from various travel partners to provide clients with the most current and advantageous options.
• Professional Development: Actively participate in all virtual onboarding sessions and ongoing training programs, utilizing provided tools and support to develop expertise and enhance service delivery.
