The Tone:
This is a full-time role at All Copy Products, an on-site position for a large hospital account. All Copy Products and Verticomm assist clients by optimizing technology, enhancing productivity, reducing business risk, and maximizing return on investment, offering customized end-to-end technology solutions. This role is crucial for supporting daily operations at a key client site, ensuring office equipment runs smoothly and efficiently through dedicated on-site support.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Location: In-person, large hospital account
• Pay: $20–$22 hourly
• Mission: Ensure the seamless operation of office equipment at a large hospital account by managing toner and consumables, facilitating service, and performing basic maintenance.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office programs

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Consumables: Deliver toner and replenish consumables for all office equipment in the hospital.
• Track Usage: Conduct meter reads for equipment.
• Coordinate Support: Facilitate service calls with field technicians.
• Oversee Cleanings: Handle calls for device cleanings.
• Provide Technical Assistance: Assist with completing minor repairs to devices and performing basic installs for new machines as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Strong customer service skills, willingness to submit to a criminal background check, a clean-cut appearance (no offensive tattoos, excessive tattoos may require covering), and required COVID vaccination with periodic inoculations, including annual Flu Vaccination.
• Experience: A clean driving history with no DUI convictions or reckless driving infractions in the past 5 years.
• Skills: Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Bonus: Parking available to take a company vehicle home every day.
