Appointment Generator (Costco Locations) | Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company, Inc.

The Tone:
This is a Part-time/Full-time role at Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company, Inc., located in the New Roseville on Baseline Rd. and Loomis Costco locations. Since 1984, Sierra Pacific has established itself as a trusted leader in the home services industry, offering a comprehensive range of solutions including HVAC, Solar Pool Heating, Solar Electric, Backup Generators, Water Treatment, and Windows. This role is crucial for engaging directly with Costco members, introducing them to these valuable home service offerings, and initiating the customer journey. By generating interest and scheduling initial consultations, the Appointment Generator plays a key part in helping the company deliver a “WOW” experience and expand its reach to new clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Engage: Interact with Costco members to introduce them to Sierra Pacific’s home service offerings.
• Inform: Provide basic product information about various home services in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Schedule: Generate interest among members and successfully schedule appointments for in-home consultations.
• Represent: Maintain a professional and enthusiastic presence while representing Sierra Pacific at Costco locations.

• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and reliable transportation to various Costco locations in the region.
