What You’ll Actually Do
• System & Policy Research: Apply research techniques and analytical methods to study administrative systems, organizational structures, policies, and procedures within the organization.
• Project-Based Analysis: Conduct specific studies in conjunction with larger projects, analyze gathered data, and develop recommendations based on study outcomes.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare various project reports, progress summaries, and statistical analyses, ensuring data is accurately presented and maintained.
• Data & Record Management: Analyze, generate, and maintain departmental records and other essential reference materials for easy access and use.
• Administrative Communications: Draft, compose, type, and print essential communications such as reports, letters, spreadsheets, and emails based on provided instructions or drafts.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently enrolled in a college program, with a required focus in Finance.
• Experience: 1-3 years of college coursework completed.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; basic mathematical proficiency; good written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Preferred enrollment in a college program with a focus in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or Purchasing/Procurement.
