What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Management: Assist in the comprehensive process of creating, meticulously reviewing, and distributing various internal and external communications. This includes ensuring all content is clear, consistent, and aligns with the brand voice across multiple channels.
• Material Production: Support the dedicated production of essential outreach materials, engaging presentations, and diverse promotional content. This work is critical for effectively conveying messages and engaging with target audiences.
• Community Engagement: Actively participate in key community engagement efforts and hands-on, on-site communications initiatives. This involves direct interaction with audiences to foster positive relationships and represent the organization effectively.
• Social Media Oversight: Provide direct support for managing social media platforms. Responsibilities include strategic content scheduling, timely posting of updates, and proactive interaction with the audience to cultivate a robust online presence.
• Campaign Coordination: Coordinate closely with various colleagues across the team to ensure messaging consistency and that all projects remain on schedule. This also involves conducting research, monitoring trends, and assisting in the evaluation of communication campaign performance.

• Experience: No specific years of experience are required, though a foundational understanding of relevant practices is beneficial.
• Skills: Possesses strong written communication skills for crafting clear messages, strong verbal communication skills for effective delivery, professional and confident client presentation abilities, organized work habits, and a proactive approach to community outreach.
