The company is innovating Agentic apps, which are intelligent AI coaches that provide natural, human-like guidance through voice and gestures. This role offers a unique opportunity for a talented college graduate to gain direct experience with startup fundraising and contribute to critical business operations, all under the guidance of successful serial entrepreneurs who have founded numerous companies, raised significant capital, and achieved multiple successful exits.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Fundraising Support: Work directly on Sparrow’s current fundraising round, gaining behind-the-scenes insights into startup capital raising.
• Process Improvement: Help design and enhance business processes to drive tangible results for the company.
• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sparrow’s founders and the team on various high-impact projects.
• Investment Acumen: Learn about the strategies for pitching and closing investments from an experienced leadership team.

• Experience: Ability to commit to an 8-month full-time internship with the potential for a full-time role. Prior demonstration of responsibility, initiative, and high productivity.
