What You’ll Actually Do
• Process Immersion: Deeply engage with and comprehend the fundamental recruiting and account management processes to provide essential support across Maitsys’s various divisions. This involves understanding the full lifecycle from candidate sourcing to client engagement.
• Proactive Outreach: Systematically conduct cold calls to both prospective candidates to assess their fit and interest, and to potential clients to identify new business opportunities and hiring needs.
• Market & Candidate Insight: Diligently learn about candidates’ professional backgrounds, skills, and career aspirations, while simultaneously identifying and analyzing the specific hiring requirements and strategic needs of clients.
• Placement Contribution: Actively participate in, and gain hands-on experience with, the end-to-end process of facilitating successful candidate placements, contributing to critical business outcomes.
• Continuous Learning: Leverage the expertise of a highly motivated and experienced group of sales professionals through direct interaction and mentorship, continuously enhancing your sales and recruitment acumen.
