• Background: This is an entry-level opportunity for self-motivated and coachable individuals committed to personal growth. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or green card holders, ready to build a career in advising families on critical life insurance and financial protection solutions, driven by a desire to serve with integrity.
• Experience: No prior experience in sales or the financial industry is required. The Mires Agency provides comprehensive full training, ongoing mentorship, and full support for obtaining necessary licensing.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport and trust with clients. A high degree of self-motivation, coupled with a strong capacity for being coached and learning new concepts, is also required.
