What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Enthusiastically initiate conversations and build rapport with homeowners at various event locations, aiming to generate complimentary in-home appointments for Window Nation’s sales team, which directly contributes to company revenue.
• Brand Advocacy: Actively create an inviting on-site event atmosphere and effectively communicate Window Nation’s brand identity and offerings by consistently following prescribed company procedures and messaging guidelines.
• Information Provision: Utilize pre-approved qualifying sheets and communication scripts to accurately answer customer questions, address potential concerns, and provide clear, concise information about home remodeling services.
• Performance Optimization: Proactively adjust and refine on-site event marketing and sales tactics based on real-time feedback, current Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets, and achieved results to maximize lead generation efficiency.
• Event Logistics: Manage the comprehensive daily setup, ongoing professional maintenance, and seamless operation of all on-site event marketing programs to ensure optimal visibility and a strong brand presence for Window Nation.
• On-site Management: Responsibly travel to assigned event locations within the local area, ensuring punctual arrival for the setup of marketing collateral and remaining present throughout the entire event for supervision and breakdown activities.

• Background: Others. Candidates are required to possess a high school diploma or a GED certificate to meet the foundational educational criteria for this entry-level event marketing role.
• Experience: While specific prior experience is not mandatory, the company expresses a strong preference for individuals who have accumulated one or more years of experience in direct sales, lead generation, or other similar customer-facing roles.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability in enthusiastic customer communication, effective lead generation, adherence to established brand promotion guidelines, and practical execution of event setup and breakdown logistics.
