What You’ll Actually Do
• Assess: Review and evaluate all incoming field marketing requests to confirm their completeness and accuracy before projects are officially initiated.
• Manage: Establish and oversee project workflows, define timelines, and track deliverables utilizing essential tools such as Adobe Workfront.
• Communicate: Facilitate clear communication by actively capturing feedback from regional partners and systematically routing it to the appropriate creative teams.
• Distribute: Ensure all final marketing materials are correctly uploaded, precisely labeled, and efficiently distributed through channels like SharePoint and other designated platforms.
• Monitor: Oversee the quality and accuracy of all localized assets to rigorously uphold established brand standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in brand marketing or agency environments.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in marketing, creative operations, or project support roles, including internships or entry-level positions, with proficiency in project management systems like Adobe Workfront, Smartsheets, or SharePoint.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to keep projects structured and trackable, strong communication abilities to manage shifting timelines and incomplete information, keen attention to detail for file naming, version control, and deadlines, and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Bonus: Familiarity with brand design, client management, and creative briefs.
