What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Consultation: Engage directly with clients to understand their individual needs and financial goals, developing tailored insurance and financial solutions.
• Solution Implementation: Present and implement personalized insurance products, annuities, and financial services, utilizing provided tech tools and following up on marketing leads to help clients secure their future.
• Professional Development & Licensing: Actively participate in comprehensive coursework and preparation for critical industry licenses, including the Life & Health insurance exam and the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam, with a $2,000 bonus awarded upon SIE completion.
• Relationship Management & Collaboration: Build and nurture long-term, meaningful relationships with clients, fostering trust, and engage in effective team collaboration to support client success.
• Career Progression: Leverage award-winning mentorship, top-tier training programs, and company resources to advance rapidly into sales leadership and wealth management roles, with potential for leadership in as little as 12 months.
