• Mission: To drive brand awareness and customer acquisition for clients by executing localized, face-to-face promotional marketing campaigns and pop-up events.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Consumer Engagement: Engage directly with consumers to generate brand awareness, answer product inquiries, and build customer acquisition pipelines.
• Event Setup: Head on-site to marketing footprints, ensuring visual branding is immaculate and events are structurally ready to launch.
• Strategic Participation: Gather at the office for morning huddles, discuss strategy, review campaign targets, and participate in public speaking workshops.
• Performance Tracking: Return to the office to log campaign metrics, track consumer reach, and debrief with the Campaign Director.
• Leadership Development: Cross-train into leadership by guiding newer team members and overseeing small-scale event territory after crushing baseline goals.
