The Tone:
This is an onsite internship at MIRA Safety. The MIRA Affiliate Marketing Internship offers a hands-on learning experience designed for college students and recent graduates eager to break into digital marketing, partnerships, and e-commerce growth. This immersive program provides real-world exposure to how affiliate programs are built, launched, and optimized. This role is crucial for actively contributing to meaningful marketing initiatives and developing practical, resume-ready skills within the company.

• Mission: This intern will actively contribute to building, launching, and optimizing affiliate programs, supporting social media efforts, and gaining foundational digital marketing experience.
• Tech Stack: CRM, Google Sheets, Excel, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Learn how to research and identify potential affiliate partners with mentorship from the marketing team.
• Outreach: Support affiliate outreach using structured templates and best practices.
• Tracking & Reporting: Monitor affiliate platforms, track basic partner activity, and assist in preparing weekly performance summaries.
• Data Management & Analysis: Maintain and update CRM records to support organization and accuracy, and conduct competitor research to share strategic insights.
• Social Media & Content: Assist with planning and scheduling social media posts, drafting captions, supporting basic community engagement, and organizing media assets.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current college students or recent graduates in marketing, business, communications, or related fields. No prior affiliate marketing experience is required.
• Experience: Motivated learners eager to build professional skills through a 16-week immersive program.
• Skills: Organized, proactive learning, comfort using email, spreadsheets, and social platforms, and strong written communication.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube; basic Google Sheets or Excel skills; interest in marketing analytics and reporting.
