This is an internship / early career role at 101+, offering hybrid work opportunities. 101+, developed by BOND.AI, builds a comprehensive HealthSpan platform designed to help individuals better understand and improve their health. The platform utilizes AI-powered insights, FaceScan technology, and advanced biomarker testing, analyzing over 150+ biomarkers and 500 data points to identify root causes of aging and forecast future health risks. This role is essential for creating engaging short-form video content across major social media platforms, transforming complex health and technology concepts into compelling visual stories to support brand awareness and digital campaigns.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Video Content Creation: Produce engaging short-form video content tailored for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• AI Tool Application: Utilize AI-powered video creation tools to generate creative visuals, animations, and diverse social media content, helping to refine AI prompts for high-quality outputs.
• Content Transformation: Translate marketing concepts, existing blog content, and product features into compelling and easily digestible video narratives and digital assets.
• Creative Development: Develop unique creative concepts, catchy hooks, and effective storytelling approaches designed to capture and maintain audience attention.
• Content Strategy & Optimization: Research current social media trends and content formats, experiment with different creative approaches, and monitor performance to enhance reach and engagement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate interested in social media trends and new technology.
• Experience: None specified for years; a strong understanding of what drives engagement on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn; comfort with learning and using AI tools; and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content. Professional video production experience is not required.
• Skills: Creative mindset with strong attention to detail; self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Prior experience with AI video creation tools such as Veo, Runway, Pika, or Synthesia; basic experience with video editing tools and content creation software; an interest or background in health, wellness, fitness, longevity, or technology.
