What You’ll Actually Do
• Social Media Management: Schedule and publish content for LinkedIn and Instagram, ensuring consistent brand presence.
• Email Marketing Execution: Support the development and deployment of email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact.
• Audience Growth & Engagement: Execute lead generation and audience engagement initiatives, maintaining relevant content calendars.
• Digital Content Coordination: Coordinate campaign assets, support the distribution of FEP Briefs and other marketing communications, and assist with website content updates.
• Marketing Operations Support: Track campaign activities and help organize marketing workflows, including light SEO projects as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student with a keen interest in social media marketing, email marketing, and lead generation, seeking hands-on experience in the digital marketing space.
• Experience: No prior work experience is explicitly required, but candidates should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and consistently adhere to established processes and deadlines.
• Skills: Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills; exhibits excellent attention to detail and robust organizational abilities; is reliable, responsive, and consistently meets deadlines.
• Bonus: Prior experience with social media management or content scheduling tools is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn while taking initiative on tasks.
