The Tone:
This is an internship at Dreamstate, located remotely. Dreamstate builds an AI-native platform that replaces manual LinkedIn growth for founders with a streamlined, data-driven approach. This role is crucial for supporting the company’s efforts to expand its user base and ensure users remain engaged and successful with the platform. You will contribute directly to initiatives that drive user acquisition and retention for an AI-focused startup.

• Mission: Support initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across LinkedIn and other relevant channels.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Outreach: Assist with crafting outreach messages to potential users and partners.
• Experimentation: Test various growth experiments to identify effective strategies.
• Performance Tracking: Track campaign performance metrics to understand impact and progress.
• Learning Documentation: Document learnings from growth initiatives and experimental results.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate small projects and tasks with cross-functional team members.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Foundational understanding or coursework in business, marketing, or analytics.
• Experience: Interest or experience in Growth Hacking and Sales activities to support lead generation.
• Skills: Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data; Effective Communication for internal and external interactions; Basic Project Management for organizing tasks; Comfort working proactively in a remote startup environment.
• Bonus: Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media platforms, or digital marketing tools; Curiosity about AI-driven products; Relevant coursework or experience in business, marketing, or analytics.
