As a Recruitment Consultant, you will act as a market expert and career advisor, building lasting partnerships with clients and candidates. This position is crucial for developing commercial and interpersonal skills that create long-term success in business and contribute to the team’s growth and shared performance targets.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Network Development: Build and maintain a network of specialized professionals within your assigned technical market.
• Candidate Management: Source, qualify, and interview candidates to assess their skills, motivations, and overall fit.
• Client Partnership: Partner with client companies to deeply understand their hiring needs, advise on strategic approaches, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Placement & Revenue: Negotiate offers, manage pipelines of candidates, and close placements to consistently meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Performance Optimization: Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize your output and overall profitability.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. No prior expertise in technical fields, recruiting, or sales is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Experience: Proven track record of achievement in academic, athletic, professional, or personal endeavors.
• Skills: A proactive and resourceful mindset, strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities, excellent communication and rapport-building abilities, high emotional intelligence, and a goal-oriented drive for performance and financial reward.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent experience.
