What You’ll Actually Do
• Candidate Sourcing: Match and message prospective candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, and various other professional platforms to initiate engagement.
• Talent Discovery: Identify and unearth highly specialized “gem” candidates using comprehensive resume databases like ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, and Monster.
• Market Intelligence: Construct targeted marketing lists specifically for niche technical industries, directly supporting the Sales team’s outreach efforts.
• Candidate Presentation: Precisely format resumes and develop professional candidate marketing profiles to enhance their presentation to clients.
• Learning & Development: Shadow internal candidate and client communication via emails and calls to gain insight into effective recruitment processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing a degree, with an inherent interest in technical industries, human resources, or business operations.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is required, as this is an entry-level internship focused on learning and practical application.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong written communication for professional outreach; robust research and analytical abilities for talent identification; meticulous attention to detail for resume formatting and data management; and organizational aptitude for list building.
