What You’ll Actually Do

• Data Verification: Meticulously review records for completeness and correct formatting, ensuring all data is prepared appropriately before final submission.
• Database Maintenance: Consistently update existing files and databases to keep all information current, reliable, and relevant for ongoing operations.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Actively compare entered data against original source documents to systematically identify and efficiently resolve any existing discrepancies.
• Record Organization: Proactively maintain organized digital records, ensuring that all information can be retrieved quickly and efficiently by team members whenever needed.
• Administrative Support: Provide essential support to administrative workflows by consistently processing routine data-related tasks on schedule.
