2026 Sales Operations Intern – US | Uber
The Tone:
This is an internship at Uber, located in New York, NY. Uber for Business (U4B) is seeking analytically minded and highly motivated undergraduate students to join their Sales Operations team. This team plays a key role in driving sales effectiveness, optimizing Go-To-Market strategies, and supporting data-driven decision-making for Uber’s B2B sales organization. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales analytics within the technology sector.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
• Support: Support forecasting, book of business building, and other projects for the sales operations team.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Strategy & Planning, Finance, and Marketing, to drive operational improvements.
• Evaluation: Conduct deep-dive analyses to assess the success of sales initiatives and recommend data-backed improvements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student, currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (graduating between December 2025 – June 2026).
• Experience: None explicitly required.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret and present data-driven insights clearly and effectively; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Bonus: Previous experience in sales operations, strategy, consulting, or data analytics; familiarity in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Salesforce Analytics, etc.); strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively; self-motivated and eager to learn in a high-growth setting.
