What You’ll Actually Do

• Financial Assessment: Conduct thorough financial assessments to recommend appropriate products and services.
• Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed on market trends and investment strategies to provide informed advice.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated and eager to learn about the financial services industry.
• Bonus: Pursuit of relevant finance certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) is a plus. Prior experience in customer service or sales is advantageous. Familiarity with financial planning software and tools.
