What You’ll Actually Do
• Talent Mapping: Build detailed maps of talent markets, including individuals, organizational structures, and team compositions.
• Market Research: Produce research and insights that inform and shape client hiring strategies for senior roles.
• Candidate Engagement: Identify and engage senior-level candidates for retained executive search mandates.
• Strategic Analysis: Analyze companies, leadership teams, and industry trends to contribute to search efforts.
• Client Support: Contribute to the creation of candidate shortlists and client-facing materials.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early in career (graduate or ~6–12 months’ commercial experience) with an interest in business, leadership, and how companies operate.
• Experience: No direct search experience required; successful candidates often come from graduate roles with commercial exposure, strategic recruitment models, or expert networks.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, natural curiosity and analytical thinking, proactive mindset, detail-orientation, and comfort in building rapport with people.
