This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity for immediate hire at Core Houston, requiring an in-person commitment within commutable distance to the Galleria Mall in Houston, TX. Core Houston is actively seeking a proactive individual to join its team and significantly contribute to the planning and execution of its critical field marketing and consumer interaction initiatives. The company operates with a strong focus on understanding the complete marketing mix and leverages thorough market research and consumer behavior analysis to develop and drive effective sales strategies. This role is designed to be foundational, providing hands-on training to enable the Marketing Assistant to actively contribute to achieving Core Houston’s business objectives through the development and implementation of impactful marketing campaigns that directly engage consumers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Direct Consumer Engagement: Engage directly with consumers through in-person fieldwork, strategically driving both marketing reach and sales numbers by fostering meaningful interactions.
• Consumer Behavior Analysis: Systematically gather and meticulously analyze consumer behavior data, translating findings into actionable insights that inform and refine marketing and sales strategies.
• Performance Reporting: Develop and create detailed reports on key marketing and sales metrics, including critical conversion rates, to provide clear visibility into campaign performance and overall effectiveness.
• Promotional Event Coordination: Actively assist in the comprehensive organization and execution of various promotional events, ensuring successful implementation and maximum consumer engagement.
• Marketing Insights and Forecasting: Maintain organized records of past marketing metrics and campaign results, prepare regular sales forecasting reports, and monitor competitors’ marketing activities to support strategic decision-making and business growth.

• Background: This is an entry-level position seeking individuals with a foundational understanding of or a strong desire to learn the complete marketing mix, consumer behavior analysis, and sales strategies.
• Experience: Candidates must be immediately ready to work full time and currently live within commutable distance to the Galleria Mall in Houston, TX. Practical experience is not required given the entry-level nature, as comprehensive hands-on training will be provided.
• Skills: Possess a professional demeanor and demonstrate articulate conversational skills; exhibit excellent communication and presentation abilities; and apply strong analytical skills with a proactive, goal-oriented attitude.
